It seems a gnome, not too old but whose youth is faraway, undefininable age... like his or her gender. It could me an ugly woman vith coarse features, middle age, or an unattractive man. The voice is perhaps that from a man, high pitched, or maybe a woman. Tal is definitively an unattractive person dressed in fonctionnal clothes.
