Long ago on a cold winter night a Duegar by the name of Ruinarr befriended a  fey'ri. They talked through the night and  became close friends. She wanted to bottle up her dust she would  spread freely from her wings. She did so and everyone who bought it found out it  was a aphrodiasitac  and would heighten their senses when making love.
