If seen walking the city, Elliot seemed an entirely normal human.  Stylistically, a pair of skinny jeans and a flattering top, with sensible shoes adorned their slim figure, perfectly styled blond hair hanging past their chin.  They moved with grace and ease, seemingly always balanced on the balls of their feet.  While the style they sported seemed not to be picked to show off, the perky, rounded cheeks hugged in their pants were not possible to miss.

Ella's gaze wandered past all around, noting how each walked and looked before looking past to see the next person passing.  Carrying nothing but the clothes on their back and possibly an umbrella, they did their best to walk around casually - the short skirt showing off long, toned legs and the snug top emphasizing (and likely pushing up) the slight chest they possessed to a distracting degree.  Each step was accompanied with the soft click of heels on hard surfaces, blond hair artfully tucked and coifed.  In the event of shorts or pants, nary a sign of a tuck was in sight.

The most telling signs that Elliot and Ella were the same was the blond hair that seemed always immaculate and clean, as well as a faint hint of vanilla lotion.

It was clear they were wide-eyed about their surroundings from even a brief interaction, strolling slowly or just standing still to watch the city around them in most cases.  They are, to their own detriment, quite easily embarrassed in either persona, and seem somewhat on the sheltered side.
