At a glance this creature may look like a normal mind flayer, but any further examination will bring doubts to anyone that has ever met an illithid.

That's because this purple beast is the result of a botched ceremorphosis attempted in one of the many bizarre humanoids walking through Sinfar.

It is obvious that the host was some sort of brute, as the mind flayer's muscles have stayed as rippling and obscenely oversized as they must have been in the original body. Even the tentacles under his red stare, charged with iniquity and evil intent, seem strangely engorged and veiny.

And of course, it couldn't be otherwise. If one had the misfortune of finding what lied behind the fabric of the clothes covering his lower body, they would meet with none other than an equine rod of cyclopean proportions that no doubt caused the original creature to be enslaved initially due to its sheer size and virile magnificence.
