Arnden Kend is the Innkeeper of the Wainwright's Wile in the Port Saban Bazaar, #53.

Like any good innkeeper, Arnden is portly, aging, welcoming of locals and regulars and distrusting yet accomidating to strangers. He tasks himself with always knowing the local news and will be the first to tell you if there are strange folk about, dark days, odd weather or troubling times.

If you're a bard, he'll consider hiring you, but if you're performing for a room and a meal, you may have to sleep in the stables depending on your skill-level or how full or empty his common room is.

His bouncers will toss you out if you make too much trouble and he'll lend an ear to guards, soldiers, merchants, mercenaries, rogues, smugglers, politicians, lords, ladies or anyone else who might negotiate a favorable deal.

In short, he is a classic innkeeper in a classic inn (...and he's maybe slightly corrupt. And he does have an eye for attractive women.)

One thing of note is that he is not Sabani, but he's lived in the city long enough to consider himself a local.
