Green: he likes to watch and will take any chance to do so, in or out of town, if he thinks he won't be caught, but no fair using !whospy to 'spot' him(except to go where he is), use passive skills only, nobody constantly casts truesight or clairvoyance 'just because'.
There's a chance someone might hear him jerking off in the bushes watching them bathing or doing whatever and I'll be sure to give you that chance.

He likes women who act like women and can be suave and debonair if he thinks it might get him somewhere.

Yellow: nothing springs to mind.
he doesn't spy on men unless they're with a woman. 'Girls' with extra parts are fascinating, but only to watch.

Red: B, D, S or M.  If he gets caught, some embarrassing retribution may be exacted but attempting physical violence just means he'll run and hide.

Other than that, everything can be found out as it happens.
