Abilities
° As an Arcane Construct, Neeko is a being of pure arcane energy, which is represented by the various colorful and innate supernatural abilities he displays.

° Neeko activates a handful of his powers at a time, rather than having them all on the forefront constantly.

Body
° The creature's body is fuzzy and as if covered in felt.

° Neeko does not have internal organs, but rather possesses a flow of Arcane Energy housed within his body. This flow is furthermore directly connected to the Weave, which in turn nets him an infinite supply of Arcane power. He will not run out of juice, even though damage and several Protocol Shifts in a row will require him to enter a 'recharge state' for less than a minute, (resting).

° His mouth, when opened, reveal a maw full of razor teeth.

° He has claws, rather than fingertips.

° Neeko can eat; all of the matter entering his body erased by the Arcane Energy he is composed of.

° He does reveal a long, sharp tongue which is artificially capable of taste.

° He does simulate breathing; though does not require it. Regardless, he can register scent.

° When damaged, his body appears to rapidly reconstruct itself upon entering a trance, (resting).

° Neeko cannot feel the elements, but he does respond to physical stimuli. His sense of pain is, however, severely muted.

° He is nearly weightless, which in contests of strength often leaves him at a disadvantage.
