Wandering about one might spot this unusual example of a woman. Shorter than average, she more than makes up for it with her naturally curvaceous form, with wide hips and an ample chest barely held in place by her shimmering silken dress. It is here though, that all similarities with a more traditional humanoid appearance ends. Her hips give way to a much wider, heavy abdomen, bristling with tough, spine-like hairs. Just above where this abdomen joins her body, four chitinous limbs each tipped with a spear like claw. Her full, luscious thighs similarly give way to thick chitin, as does the clawed fingertips of each of her fingers. Her vixen's face is haltingly beautiful, even with the multiple sets of shining, black eyes that adorn the upper half of her face. The main set, quizzically, are framed by heavy, pouty eyelids with thick eyelashes, though she hardly seems in need of closing them. Though her more humanoid features are achingly soft to the touch, should one view her nude, they would note her skin isn't fully contiguous, instead having various seams where her body should naturally move or contort. This oddity of her form seems vestigial, as though portions of Chitin have become softer and fleshier over time.

Despite her inhuman looks, Aranei is of a disarming personality, tending towards a friendly, if overly casual manner. Mildly unaware of more common sense subjects and turns of phrase, Aranei tends to be very forward about her opinions and the way she views the world, tending to state things in a matter-of-fact manner. She is quick to learn new things however, and seems to take great pleasure in soaking in every new morsel of information or story given to her. Though she is at least somewhat sexually aware of herself, she tends not to view lasciviousness and moral decadence in the same way as others, considering such things an interesting curiosity of 'soft folk'.

Though outwardly, she appears to lack fangs, the inside of her mouth is heavily modified. Her saliva, in truth venom, is secreted almost constantly from the thick venom glands attached to dactyl fangs in her upper jaw. where canines would normally be. Her abdomen, much as her physiology would suggest, contains a set of spinnerets from which she can naturally produce a number of types of incredibly strong silk threads. Should one be so brave or lucky as to find out, her pleasingly puffy folds give way to a powerful set of muscles that are capable of telescoping out some distance from within her sex, allowing her to accurately deposit any eggs she may be carrying.

Though not inherently life threatening in small doses, this quite potent venom carries a variety of effects on vertebrates. Chiefly, this venom has multiple psychoactive stimulants that can cause hot flashes, loss of inhibition,  elation, heightened arousal, Priapism in males, Ovulation in females, Sudden, multistage orgasms in both males and females. Undead and creatures similarly immune to poison are unaffected by this venom. Those bitten or are otherwise subjected to Aranei's venom must make a Fortitude save (Aranei's level+Con) Or be subjected to the effects of her venom for 1d4 (in game) hours.
