The name should already give you most of the details about this one.  She is very skittish but also "VERY DEADLY" when cornered!  She is a "Glimpse" sort... from time to time you will get a "Glimpse" at her either by happenstance or simply because she wants to be seen but for the most part encounters will be at her discetion.

I haven't made up my mind just how "Dark" nor "Light" this one is going to be.  Her past is sorted but not overly brutal.  To say she's "Damaged" applies but she isn't so obnoxious that you cant do anything with her..
