Plonk was originally  bog standard dungeon skeleton- guarding treasure from thieving adventurers who would defile the crypt. He had a lot of friends, and often they would engage in rousing games, mostly knuckle bones, until one day the goodly warrior Healah invaded the dungeon with several rogues- killing all of Plonk's friends.

In his rage Plonk unlocked the legendary Super Skeleton form- and managed to destroy the goodly cleric and the obnoxious little rogues- though the damage was done. Now Plonk travel's the lands, constantly seeking to become the ultimate big bad evil guy- though he mostly just ends up saving people from certain death so they can 'get stronger.'
