Before you see a bright cheeful looking elf that looks very effeminate. Large green eyes, a cute face, and flowing blonde hair. They are likely to walk up and chat with anyone, and offer a friendly greeting. They do seem a bit uncomfortable with the guards for whatever reason and will often seek out areas without them. Surely not for anything nefarious though. They do seem to enjoy card games and games of chance however, completely unrelated certainly.
