Origin: Awakened Dire Wolf

Appearances: A dire wolf by birth, Faolyn can fluidly shift between his natural body and a hybrid form. As an animal, he's a horse-sized wolf with dark grey fur and sharply intelligent amber eyes. As a wolf-kin, he's essentially identical, except he's smaller and bipedal, with his forelegs and forepaws transforming into strong arms and padded hands. While shifted, he stands six-and-a-half feet tall, his physique athletic, sleek, and visibly masculine.

History: Discovered as a pup, Faolyn was named and raised by an elven druid in the heart of the Great Everwood. While happy as a bonded companion, the ancient forest was a perilous place, eventually forcing his master to awaken him. Thereafter, his owner became his teacher, with the wolf--wild from birth--quickly embracing the druidic path. Paradoxically, as his mastery grew, he became more civilized, not less, even learning how to shift into the hybrid form he now favors.
