An monkish older man who strolls around the city and is quick to offer a friendly smile.  he is glad to offer assistance, advice, or directions, especially to younger women.  He seems like a kindly fellow who wants to help the more vulnerable in the city.

He is rather strong for his age, from labour and martial training, but this is often hidden beneath his monkish robes.  He can seem somewhat cultish at times, and does not like to talk about whatever faith he follows.

This character isnt meant for any ERP but rather serves as a means to capture and deliver other characters to a monster for ERP.  Sometimes he might just be scouting good places for bad things to happen.
