Her mother, Shanella, is a Wood Elf. Her father is Antonio De'Cazone, a handsome dark haired human man with emerald green eyes. They met when he was traveling through the woods, the moon full and bright, and she was praying on the side of the cliff, surrounded by her wolf companions.

She has five other sisters (in order): Cathia, Clairette, Firenza, Rithradra, and Cherene.

As with all De'Cazone sisters, Veranza is a firey redhead, green eyes, more elvish in appearance like her mother.
