Vincent "Vinny" Shortwick is a deceptively charming Halfling, rarely standing taller than four feet. His messy, sun-bleached blonde hair and perpetually appealing grin and silver tongue often lull victims into a false sense of security, which he also uses to talk his way out of?or into?any situation. Beneath the amiable surface, however, is a sly scoundrel with quick fingers and an even quicker wit. He is a master of misdirection and stealth. His movements are nimble and silent, honed by years of pocket-picking and navigating the back alleys of Westgate, and his sky-blue eyes constantly dart around, assessing every situation and potential escape route. He favors worn but well-maintained clothes that allow him to blend into a crowd, but a glint of stolen silver or a well-oiled lock-picking set is never far from his reach.
