Some new arrivals just look like they fit in.  Bailey could quite possibly be one, save for the unfamiliar face - her outward exterior seemed bored, apathetic, and uninterested most of the time, so long as her mask didn't slip.  Of course, internally she was freaking the fuck out for very valid reasons, but what else was new?  

Her home life before arriving in Sinfar... well, that can be discussed in character!  As for the appearance seen standing or striding around the city, Bailey was not a tall creature and sported quite often massive heels to compensate for her under 5 foot height.  A natural dirty-blonde - in every sense - that had perfected that bleached blond look, her ivory skin showing the faint blush of her cheeks and the dark, carefully applied eyeliner.  Seen most often in a mix of white and black, and carrying with her everywhere she went a massive fondness for leggings, thigh socks, and stockings.
