Shyla (Often called Shy or Mouse)

This young human seems quite timid.  Brought up in the slums of Waterdeep, she managed to survive by being unnoticed and when that failed, doing whatever was required.  She's of medium height, medium build, slim and quick.  Green eyes and fiery hair which she often dyes or darkens with soot to keep from attracting attention.

When she was 16, she befriended an old mage and learned a smattering of spells before he died a couple years later.   Rummaging through his few belongings, before the magistrate took everything, she fell through an ancient mirror, and found herself... not in Waterdeep anymore.

18 now, with no gold and only a dagger, she finds herself in a strange and frightening world.  She knows her best chances are to keep a low profile, find a rogues guild or maybe a mage to teach her more magic.
