Nou'ara is a silver scaled kobold, often seen wearing a symbol of a white seven pointed star emblazoned on a onyx medallion.

Her clothing generally is rather modest, but kept clean, she seems to prefer lighter outfits more than any other form of clothing, leaning towards robes.

Her appearance seems more.. refined than many kobolds you might normally see, and she tends to carry herself with a grace that isn't often carried by kobolds, nor does she fully speak in a similar manner.
