Despite clear indications of aristocratic upbringing, this dapper gentleman appears equally warm towards all social classes and races; at least when in public. He routinely listens intently to the speaker when spoken to, nodding and offering smiles of encouragement; as if he is hanging on your every word. His hazel eyes are alive with youthful energy when engaged in conversation, especially when especially when speaking to a young lady, although he may have passed his 30th year.

Perhaps a consequence of his upbringing, the man appears to take a degree of pride in his appearance, with (when possible) clothing in good condition and skin and nails clean. The clothing is not necessarily particularly flamboyant, just good quality material.  Those paying particular attention may note that his bouffant hair appears impervious to the weather.
