With the aid of Her Mother an Elder tree, a new temp body is form on the opposite location where a being of similar power exist within a forest or grove. A copy consciousness in transferred to the new body. Her Blood has Healing properties as if it was medicinal herb, if it fall on the ground whatever is on the ground will grow even if its barren or desert like.  Her body last typically between 3 - 7 days depending on her actions. At which point she is required to return to her "rebirth point" update her consciousness before her current body dies. She can begin cycle again at a later point.

At this is a different realm, her body was created to posses no magic or ability's she would other wise use, instead it was made hard to injure.
She doesn't posses the understanding of how magic works exactly. But She is learning the concept.
She does understand life/Divine powers which she will call Anima.

Far as sex goes, Nova is Female physically, she however produces spores when aroused. Mithian were a prominent species from Mars before the cataclysm that
ravage their world into a barren land scape. It was only 7000 years later of theirreemergence. Dormant remnants of this species plus human genetic experiments gave way to this outcome.

Mithian Subspecies Plantoid

Plantoids are humanoid plants, typically live in forest or green areas around or in proximity to a "Biomatrix". This have ability to control plants on a planetary scale, able to modify the planet Biome to suit its needs. Plaintois can live long lives but they are essentially trapped within their Biomes, unable to leave the planet where their elder resides.

All plantoids chose how to present themselves physically regardless of how their sexuality works, Hermaphroditic, Monoecious, Dioecious or or full gender swapping. With the exception of those transformed from human to plantoid, they retains their original sexuality allowing a change further down the line within their evolution.
