You gaze upon a young Moon Elf, typically slim, typically toned, exceptionally graceful.

Del is another newcomer to the Islands.  She is noble born, but doesn't care for the "status" and requirements of her station.  

On a day shortly after her coming of age birthday, she had run off deep in the forest upset about her ucomming Joining.  This was her special glade, a magical place she had been coming for years.  Here, no one had found her, here she was safe, here she could think.  She was aware there were Fey who lived near, but she'd always been on good terms with them, so she paid them no heed.  She didn't want to be married, not yet.  And the elf they had arranged for her to marry, while the head of a powerful family, was over 700 years old and with about as much kindness a rock.  She was deeply lost in thought.  She brooded over her horrible fate, how could her parents betray her such.  Should she just meekly accept her fate?  Should she run away?  She wishes she could just disapear...   She may or may not have spoken her thoughts aloud...  

She didn't notice the mushrooms growing around her, didn't notice the Fairie Ring until she felt the tingle of magic...

The Fey decided it would be both a way out of her predicament and wonderful prank.   Always be careful what you wish for, especially when Fey are near.
