Things you need to know before interacting with him:

He is based off a certain character from a very, very, VERY brutal manga.

He IS the strong, silent type.

He does NOT sugar coat a damn thing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Things you need to know about 'me':
I am Tell Friendly.
I am a nice person! (I hope.)
This build is STRICTLY roleplay during pvp. (I suck at it.)
Hopefully the build is decent for pve.
The Short and Skinny?
Standing at a towering height, Faust is right around seven feet tall and weighing in between 220 - 260 lbs. His left arm **appears** to be mechanized into a medieval and fully functional prosthesis, and he keeps his right eye closed at all times. There is a scar beneath his left eye that trails down to his jaw, although it has faded with the years.
For those with alignment detection, he borders between chaotic neutral and neutral evil; though Faust himself is not the typical evil that seeks destruction of 'good.' What brings him to fall into 'neutral evil' is the corrupted power he possesses in order to brutally slaughter demonic entities of great power he knows as Apostles... with extreme prejudice.
He doesn't really do 'nobility' or sugar-coated statements, preferring to be blunt and sometimes outright brutal with his choice of words; though he's not incapable of being 'nice,' it's just rare. He was born, bred, and survived in a world of violent, malevolent things constantly out to kill people... if people didn't do it first.
Mind you, the players reading this, to bear in mind this character is in no way meant to be a replica, copy, or exact performance of its original concept. It is, at best, to be thought of as spin-off or fanfic; open for development through progressive roleplay.
For now, what you see is what you get.
The Differences Between:
The Original Character Concept of 'Guts' from /Berserk/ has a zero-tolerance policy for anything remotely demonic or relating to Demons (Or devils, in Faerun's case of the two being separate entities). There is a standalone for his unborn child with his partner due to some corruption in regards to storyline events and canon.
Faust, however, has a more lenient policy on the natures of 'evil' creatures. Those who inherently wish harm for no reason other than their own gains, amusement, or pleasure are those that he hunts with prejudice and would show no mercy for. In terms of Sinfarian Succubi, for example, he will entertain conversation at the exposure of civility. Everyone has to eat, and if her 'prey' is all too willing of their own accord, then he has no ill intent to put the succubi in an early grave.
Furthermore, The original character of 'Guts' struggles with the all-consuming cursed armor he wears known as the Berserker Armor. He suffered grievous injuries at great numbers, including his right eye and left arm- hence the prosthetic gauntlet and closed eye.
For Faust, the berserker armor is limited to the gauntlet on his left arm; the flesh beneath is corrupted by demonic/devilish influence- granting him unique abilities for *roleplay* purposes, such as inhuman strength and vitality at the cost of his human soul being slowly devoured or twisted into an amalgamation of the very evil he hunts. He can remove this gauntlet at will, but it will *always* call to him, and the corruption in his flesh will *always* remain.
~Skin Deep in Sin~
Crowned by a rakish mop of short spikes, Faust is intimidating even in the youth of his years. The warrior keeps his hair cut short, and those spikes never seem to grow longer than an inch from his scalp nor do they need any additives to maintain their flexible stand. His ears are unpierced, but tiny scars mar the cartilage from arrow knicks, blade throws, and glanced blows. His jaw is chiseled into a narrow and defined cut, kept tense from choosing the times when he speaks and maintaining silence often. His right eye remains closed for unknown reasons, though close inspection shows a ruddy stain of the flesh below that permanently closed eyelid. His left eye however remains open and acutely aware of its surroundings, marked by a brown so deep it appears almost black.
Beneath his skull is a bare neck, a thick column to hold up that crown laden with the tumultuous memories of what he's survived; save for an odd, scar in the shape of a rune that has a tendency to bleed on occasion. With a pair of broad shoulders and muscled arms, it's easy to imagine that Faust is not the frail type of warrior.. especially if one witnesses the massive sword he carries; always strapped to his back. While he stands just at seven feet tall, the gargantuan blade is easily several inches longer than his height and far too broad to be a weapon of dexterous finesse. Upon seeing that, it's plain to understand why his arms are not guns, but actual cannons.
Should anyone ever catch glimpse of his bare chest, they will find he is remarkably and unsurprisingly hairless. Well defined, each fray and chord of his musculature has been honed through years of war against the hordes of monsters and humans alike. Where Faust lacks tattoos, he spares no expense in wearing scars like badges of honor riddling his body in various crossed sections. Generally, most of these collections are revenants of blade and claw wounds; healed over and faded by the magics of wandering clerics and magi that have been kind enough not to show him the curb after saving their scrawny hides.
Tapering down to his waist, it's hard to miss that the impressive physique continues into what one can only surmise to be an equally impressive endowment as shown by the tightness of his trousers. But even in the less constrictive sleeves of his trousers and plated protection of his thigh pauldrons, it is well known that his legs are equally powerful trunks to hold up the colossus of men and slayer of monstrous entities. His steps are not quiet, easily defined as the oncoming storm for any Hellbent fiend looking to subjugate the mortal races with malevolence.
Where The Fantasy Ends
As one can imagine, the lights are pretty simple. Nothing against server rules, nothing in relevance or similarity to children, nothing that belongs in normal bathroom behaviors. No means no. Maybe means maybe.
If you have questions, concerns, comments, or just would like to leave a note my tells are frequently open.
I write in 3rd person format, I prefer to write with others in similar format. I will not throw shade to anyone who does not, but I reserve my right to decline offers of roleplay with persons who use first and second person perspectives for roleplay.
Thank you for reading to the end. If you have not watched or read Berserk, I will advise you to pick it up with extreme caution due to its intensity, violence, and controversial content. It is not a story for the faint of heart, nor the easily sickened.
