Buck is a fair-haired laborer in the city of Sinfar, known around the docks and market stalls as a steady, ordinary citizen. He works odd jobs hauling crates and mending fences, and spends his evenings drinking beer with the same three friends. He keeps his head down, pays his taxes, and has never drawn a sword outside of festival games. Most folk would pass him in the street without a second glance and that suits him fine.
