Additional Notes:

Sebastian is known to wander and due to his unpredictable nature can appear anytime or anywhere. Mostly he is known to appear around large crowds, and seemingly blend into the environment.

Any mortal within a few feet of target will be unaware of horns unless, they witness them however upon looking away the subject immediately forgets its existence (See addendum 001 about horns)

Sebastiens horns are regarded as SAFE, until a subject touches them. Upon touching them subject will become provoked in doing lewd acts, or is more subservient to such suggestions of a rude nature.
