A slim figure, clad in whites and greys silently stands in a usually tactical location.  Corners or near doorways to watch the comings and goings within the street or building she is currently seen in.  Her face usually cloaked by a hood with the only feature visible are the eyes.
Those eyes staring out, the colour of blood and they don't seem to blink too often and seem to have a sort of... Hunger to them, which could be slightly un-nerving.
Moving down her form someone could note two things.  The tight, form fitting clothes shes generally seen in, that show her subtle curves and perfectly built little body.  Nothing too big or too small, with those curves turning inwards in just the right places to draw the eye.  The second thing being... the lack of movement.  Theres nothing there but a calm stillness which again, could be rather unsettling.
Further down still are her legs and bottom.  Her bottom sticking out just a little bit, much to her own annoyance and she generally tries to keep this asset of hers firmly planted against a wall or something else to lean or sit on.  Her legs are long and slim, obviously built for running, climbing and other sorts of nafarious things to do with her apparent profession of a sneak.  Sneaking is what she does.  Sneaking, stalking, quiet movement as she often likes to just... follow random people for none specific amounts of time.  Sometimes a few moments and sometimes for hours.  Seemingly just watching their interactions with other people, as if shes forgotten how to do those things herself and she needs something to jog her fading memory.

On the off chance shes seen without her hood and clothes, the deathly pale skin is obvious. A rather pretty little face with blood red lips and her fangs seen each time those little lips part for her to speak. The sun no longer gracing her flawless Elven features.  Her skin is unmarked besides two little scars on the left side of her neck.  C=cup breasts with little nipples crowning each one, slightly darker than the rest of her skin and hips that seem to have been made for child baring... Something that'll never happen now.
Her voice is the finally thing to note, rather sharp and cold with a slight accent to it.  Either from her lost homeland or those fangs getting in the way of normal speech.
