Fred, as he normally goes by, seems to be a strange sight indeed...., being the only of his kind in sinfer at the moment,(or not so much now as its been some time since that was wrote), he would go around with a constant magical buble of resistance that could be intimidating or showing he is as all of his kindred if not worse, a wizard.

Most notably when in illithid form is a big blue discolored skin blotch on his right eye that streaches up to his bulbus head, marking him in a magical burn sort of scar, as well as a blade scar that goes down from hsi head to his cheakbone that near took his eye, just grazing it as it is stillf unctional.
 
 Though his appearance is much more muscular, strong even, it seems through magical means perhaps marking him a suspect of transmutation, and at times you would find that correct as he woudl openly speak of it if asked and at times, if one would find such a thing as him arousing or ... curious... he would have given himself a penis and tetsicles to experience all manner of things for the curiosity and "research" as he often does refer to it as, hidden behind that reason does spark a sick delight in mating and fucking with many of the women that would come his way , should they.

 Illthar'dril has come to the surface for many reasons, one he'll say is trade and learning the surface races ways,though one can only think of the sinister things this illithid woudl be thinking, due to the scientific looking specitcle on its right eye it wears, and the dark leathered robes it wears as the milky eyes , when seen, gaze upon the lesser races in a deathy silence, mostly speaking telepathically, though able of speach, finds delight in tampering with the minds of the lesser races, particularly the more moderately willed sorts to feel the fight of the tug of mental superiority , finding it amusing in the futile attempt to fight off and back the over welming force of will the illithid would have over the victim.
