With flesh the color of deep, clear waters, this seemingly young female tends to stand out from those of a normal crowd.  Her eyes the color of sea-weed, matching her hair which does not seem to be effected by gravity, constantly shining with wetness and floating about, as though she were constantly submerged.

Her clothes seem almost fluid and water-like, damp to the touch and mostly transparent.  When she steps into any body of water, her clothes seem to disappear and become one with them.  When she steps out, the waters cling to her body, covering her figure and looking just like che clothes she had stepped in with.
