This tool is annoying so i'll keep this short ;)

She is a tall, thin (full)female, always skiddish and keeping an eye out for who knows what.  Her body is covered in semi-translucent scales, hard and smooth in one direction and scratchily resistant in the other, that constantly shift to her surroundings, to help prevent this she usually wears glasses with colored lenses.  Her tail is long and lithe like her body, and her (usually naked) breasts lack visible nipples
