A few moments spent examining this young female's apparel and manner hints that she hails from nobility. She is tall and slender with a thoughtful and preoccupied air about her, frequently reading or jotting cryptic notes in the little notepad she keeps in her pocket. She is always elegantly dressed and a ring on her finger marks her as a grauduate of the Red university of Thay. She's remarkably attractive - unnaturally so, and easily rivals the sensual shapeliness of a Sunite or Sharessian high priestess. She is not always friendly but happens to be very well-spoken and possessed of a decent vocabulary - and her voice is smooth, sultry and lush. She deliberately cultivates a 'femme fatale' persona.

Though she does not overtly flaunt it her first interest is her scholarly work and it takes precedence above all else. She will do anything to further her studies and has no sense of sympathy for the unfortunate "subjects" she occasionally experiments upon. Victoria is not only a wizard but a qualified medical doctor, and has many projects - but foremost among them is her goal of learning the dark secrets of permanently altering living flesh. Wielding her art with careful skill, she is able to enhance or... change others to suit her own mad whims or the wishes of those she thinks can help her. (Just think Tsimicze fleshcraft!)

It's certain that she's made many changes to herself... little else would easily explain the stunningly attractive form this odd woman possesses. She's tall and has an exquisitely fine,
chiseled face crowned with long and luxuriant reddish hair, a gracefully tapered body with
mouth-watering curves and absolutely flawless, long legs. Her hourglass figure is stunningly well endowed, with perfectly sculpted curves along the rounded hip, and a firm rear that curls back just slightly, to counterbalance a heavily enhanced, gravity-defying bust. Pressing gently against the elegant cloth of her suits, the twin orbs stand proudly and press delicately together, framing a dark valley of cleavage. She has no blemishes, hair, or scars anywhere on her soft, pinkish skin, and adorns herself with lipstick, eyeshadow and luxurious jewelry to enhance her attractive elegance.

She is also curiously young-looking for one who is now in her thirties... for some time now
Victoria has been making use of the Steal Life spell (from Book of Vile Darkness) to maintain an apparent age (and sex appeal!) of around eighteen or nineteen. She traps a helpless slave in a special Mastercrafted holding device which she commissioned especially for the purpose, and which keeps the victim rigidly bound, fed and provided with other survival needs. For no other reason than pure sadism, Victoria also designed the device to maintain the occupant in a maddening state of complete sensory deprivation, driving them insane with pain and loneliness. She visits her captive each full moon, using the Steal Life spell to wither the victim and enhance her own beauty; the spell also ages the subject and maintains Victoria's youth, so she must occasionally replace 'worn out' victims.
As to her obvious affluence, Victoria will not mind admitting that she is from a noble family and can call upon those resources - within limit - when she needs to. This removes the need for her to work for a living and frees her to enjoy a life of liesure and study. She is not idle though, and still follows her profession as doctor from time to time. She is competant, but expensive and generally lacking in sympathy, preferring to avoid dealing with the truly sick. However she will heal injuries, advise on pregnancies (especially exotic ones) and perform cosmetic procedures for those willing and able to pay for them. Though it could be a simple lip or breast enhancement, she is quite able to 'transform' a person too, and especially enjoys twisting slaves into all sorts of wierd forms at the behest of their owners.
