Who is Flippy "Good Touch"? That's a hard question to answer, seeing that's a name she gave herself. Friendly with a penny-pinching disposition, she's more than willing to talk to most denizens she meets. If not to sell her latest invention, to get free food and/or booze. Purple hair, ruby red eyes, a totally squeezable* goblin figure, she's an engineer with an inclination to tinker with anything she can get her grubby mitts on. She more often than not looks the part of an eccentric but calculated expert of machinery. A little dirty, goggled and smoking from time to time, she certainly could pass for someone who clearly knows what she's doing around machines.

In reality she's lackluster at best with machines and explosives created by others, with any engineer worth their title could tell that her 'inventions' are more synonymous with 'trash'.

So how does she make the things that she creates work? She's a Psion, hence her "Good Touch". Anything she can weld, bolt, affix or slap on to metal and screws, she can make work as whatever she needs for the job. This is especially useful when needing to make some fast cash as she's able to create fantastic dohickies and thingamabobs to make your life that much better, or to cure what ails you! Guaranteed!**

Repeat customers and death threats can be common place for one in such a noble profession as hers. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.
