Stands before you is a mangy soot covered halfling. He wears torn, dirty, and very old clothing and adorned on top of his head is a very tall and very wide tophat. The tophat is bent a bit and is just as soot covered as the rest of him. One specific thing you see he is wearing is a long, for him, trenchcoat...and there are quite a few bulges around indicating many items lined inside it's pockets. He has dark stubble that covers his worn down visage.
