Joltanna appears to be a miniature blue dragon. She is perfectly proportioned from the tip of her scaled snout to the end of her serpentine tail.

OOC Note:
Joltanna is a full grown member of her species and not a child despite some of her more juvenile antics. She has a penchant for mischief and practical jokes at times. If you are not comfortable playing with a character that is not played straight edge and serious best that you avoid RP with Joltanna.
