Description:
The man stands at a height normal for a Human man, and his frame is rippled with a strength fit for a swimmer. His features are clean and elegant as if he was a nobleman while his form clearly shows his background to not be so affluent. The man often clad in chains and rags, his frame slick and thin meant for grace under a waves crest then on the surface lands.
Some odd traits would be that his shoulder seems to be covered in a ribbed leather guard, the armor strangely looks organic, but when touch or manipulated one would notice that this was not a armoring of leather but coiled tentacles wrapped into each other inertly resting on his shoulder, the long tendrils when free could reach lengths of Six feet with widths ranging from 3-5 inches.

This warped human would also seem to walk with a subtle wet sound each step would be as if he was stepping into a puddle of water, and he was easily tracked or followed due to this poor habit.
Return your gaze from his many odd traits to his chest, you notice it to be muscular and firm, more compact than bursting with strength. As your eyes trace up along his front, glancing past the odd shoulder, you look to his arms, the forearms seem to be covered with the frills that grace the back of a fish, and his hands look to be webbed. With so many aquatic traits you wonder just what is this creature, the mystery soon to be unveiled or perhaps deepened by what looks to be three tendril like piercings along his left ear, each one curling into the next to make a illusion of a mass of tentacles resting on his ear.
