Her right arm and leg seem to be constructed from mechanical parts. On top of that, both legs are fitted into mechanical boots, the calibrations of which she often has to adjust. Even still, there always seems to be a grin on her face. Her eyes dart about, eagar to discover something new. Cecily also wears a clip of Gond on her belt.  It's clear to most that she hails from Radotonga or someplace similar: technologically advanced.
