A man without a past he can remember, Anders Cain makes a haven in the sewers and dungeons underneath human society, feeding on the carrion and wastes of the city above.

He spends his time sewing together the twisted remains of those foolhearty enough to  wander in the shadows. Now, a revalation from the mad god Cyric demands Anders to leave the sewers and scour the earth for clues to his past self.
