Goblins don't have the best reputation, Iex is an example of why this is. She was a part of a goblin tribe though adventurers came through and slaughtered them in a dungeon from there she joined up with the survivors and moved to a near by underdark city helping to rub off some of the rough edges of a dungeon dwelling goblin. She learned quite a number of things and before long as she passed into adulthood join up with some goblin bandits who began raiding the surface world. She gained something of a cruel streak agreeing to let people live if they pleasured her sexually often taking them as sex slaves before selling them to Druegar or the drow for a bit of extra cash. She grew quite good at this in fact and got more than a little gold so she left her homeland and took her bandits with her choosing to come to Sinifar. Why you may ask? It's an odd question and one she may even answer.

(A note on her gang: It's more of a fun gang fucking rp she can have them in the wings or she could be acting alone depending on people's preferences just expect alchemy and all kinds of shenanigans before they leave including tattoos and piercings maybe even a fair amount of body alteration! Though nothing too too permanent they don't have that kind of magic after all they are goblins.
