Arcturus stands at six feet tall with shoulder length black hair and a goatee seemingly squared out with care. He holds an almost alluring gaze and seemingly compels those around him with ease as if he had a true silver tongue, but most go unnoticed of his abilities. He seems very confident in his abilities and watches everyone with an appraising gaze, but keeps an apparent hatred for certain individuals, like they were nothing more then children, or even mere animals.
