Race: A rather complex mix of elven, human, draconic and other traits.

Gender: Hermaphrodite

Eyes: Deep green hue to make most elves blush.

Hair: Deep, fiery red.

Skin: Fair complexion, smooth and pleasant to the touch, also feels pleasantly warm most of the time.

Facial Features: Sharp, aristocratic, but often twisted into a wry smirk of sorts. She definitely seems to be the type of person who seeks to have fun first and foremost.

Build: She is beholden of a trim, fit body, slender, but toned to a healthy appearance. She is a bit top-heavy and though her breasts wouldn't be the largest one would see, they certainly stand proudly and firmly on her chest. She has long legs, long arms and slender fingers, all contributing to a proportional and pleasant form.

Genitalia: As before mentioned, she is a hermaphrodite, possessing both female and male genitalia. She is quite well endowed in that department by human standards, able to stand erect at around 8 inches, or more. Of course, with her innate magical power, who's to say she can't top that with some help?

Personality and interests aren't readily apparent, so some observation will be needed to learn who she is.
