Fun Facts: Winry is 5'5 Feet tall, but gains around a half inch with her shit-kicking boots. Her eyes are ever shifting, with colorations not unlike those of lit cigarettes. She is of human size, but for being a bit twiggy (thouigh lean). Last but not least, she smells of smoke, and not always just of the cigarette variety.

Before you is a slightly less than curvy female. With unkept hair, cut jagged and just a tad greasy, a half smirk, and eyes of ember orange. She might be pretty, if it were for any amount of upkeep. However, her face is generally at least slightly shined with oil, her hands, though often veiled, are just as stained as her gloves.
She is not overly tall, being only five foot six. She isn't overly grand to smell, often reaking of tobacco in various forms. Her body is only barely managing to hold an hourglass shape, with smaller C sized breasts, and hips that only protrude thanks to her thin shape. She boasts no bottom, or at least, prefers pants that keep whatever rear she does have properly hidden.
Her voice comes off as monotone generally, and though small, it has a smoker's depth to it, being a bit worn. Winry, is attractive, the way chocolate covered bacon is, rather than the usual chocolate covered cherry most females seem to have.

ooc stuff:
A lore of the planes, and/or lore 30ish would likely tell you a bit about what she is. (That, being a Smoke Genasi, similar to Air, but...naturally a bit less clean.)
Anyone having been to Sigil would pick up a certain accent of that plane, or undertones. Perhaps even the words would stick out as being the usual chant of a Cutter.
