The warded creature or object becomes difficult to detect by divination spells such as clairvoyance/clairvoyance, locate object, and detect spells. Nondetection   also prevents location by such magic    items as crystal balls. Nondetection also wards the creature's gear as well as the creature itself.

Under true seeing her form is heavily blurred due to high levels of magical protection, only her eyes remain   constant.

Only exception due to the epic spells designed to hide her true form is if    she is caught in the gaze of a True Dragon. (This I can clarify Via tell and   will inform you of what is seen).

~~~~~~Physical Features of Note~~~~~~~~~

Her eyes are all one may notice at first glance, like pools of quick-silvered mirrors. Portals to a soul that traversed the   realms of this life and many before.    
Age and wisdom ebbed within.
Reflecting back upon those locked within the pupiless orbs, fragments of judgment worthy or nil. Her gaze intense, seductive and in times of extreme emotion, seem   to flash like a thunderstorm. She either   has a gentle glowing blue shimmering of   her arcane nature within or a strange crimson glow that causes her eyes to   bleed out completely into pools of deep crimson. In any form this is a tell tale sign, and in rp one can possibly recognize her, as her eye remain the same reguardless.

She carries herself like a lady, proud and graceful. With the exception of rarely   ever covering her feet, she holds a   strange connection to the ground she   walks and seems to dance eloquently   with respect in every step and bears     an arrogant sensuality in every calculated movement.

~~~~~~Clothing Appearance/notes~~~~~~~~

When she is adorned with cloths is always fine layers of silks, exotic leathers, dragon hide & scales, gems and gold. Usually covering herself with robes or strange dresses. Preferring the darker styles with spikes and sharp adornments. Made from either bones, claws, teeth, gems or   precious metals.  

Tending towards fully covering her form, including hoods, veils, and mask. Leaving   only the feet bare. Or if her mood   permits more revealing or accentuating clothing with dagger sharp stiletto heels and boots.

~~~~~~~~Special Items/Appearance~~~~~~

Now she has three leaf shaped shards      of deep sapphire blue diamond embedded  into the third eye chakra of her head, each about two inches long and an inch wide. They form a tri petal shape,   starting at her brow and fanning out.
