When hooded
Not much can be made out of the figure, except that she's feminine, slim built and about 5 ft 8 inches in height.. Clad in clothes which cover her entire body, with a hood which seems to cast a shadow over her face, preventing anyone from making out her features.

When not hooded
Quite obviously appears to be a moon elf, with black hair, and green eyes.
