When hooded (which is most of the time)
Appears about 5 ft 4 in height, with what appears to be a slim build, though typically the robes of red that she wears are loose enough to make it almost impossible to arrive at how thin she is. A veil is owrn as part of the hood which obscures her facial features.

When not hooded
Fair skin and blue eyed with her most arresting feature being flaming red hair, she would typically have drawn attention by the color of her hair, but in addition, a jagged scar runs down her right cheek, marring her otherwise pretty face.
