The small creature before you appears to be a kobold. Though unlike many of his more wild kin, the smallish male is rather quiet, polite and soft spoken.  

He tends to dress in simple robes and garments of warm wool, in shades of grey and scarlet. Most of his clothing infact are these colors. The singular decoration upon the small creature would be the thin silver chain and small medallion that hags down his chest.

The medallion bears the symbol of a pair of bound hands and to anywho know the symbol it is that  the Ilmatari, the painbearers and clerics of Ilmater. As such he is always willingto lend a sympathetic ear and aid those in need  often no matter how hopeless the cause.
