Oooo Quee! Such a playful little Kender. She's here and there. Distracted by how pretty that ribbon in your hair is. She may even get in the mood to sneak it off you if she likes it enough.
QueeQuee or as many call her just Quee, isn't really much of a thief. Most times just picking something up without a thought and never realizing it's in her pocket or pouches. Her clothing jingled about with little ornaments dangling from the sleeves and belt. Many of which were probably not hers by any means. Bells, trinkets, baubles, and brass. Twinkling off her form like tiny shimmery stars. It's so enjoyable to her to take a step and hear it all rattle.

The small female wasn't much with blade, nor was she impressive with her staff. (When she remembered to carry it) She felt more at ease hiding anyway. Though kind of difficult to hide with all that noise coming off her.
The Kender wore some strange garb. Often a bit over elaborate and flashy. Like a bellydancer with too many veils. Her clothes were little to keep imagination as most of what she wrapped herself in was nearly see through or just pretty gypsy dresses cut down to keep her clothed.
Her small frame skinny, but she had a share of curves. Her bust a bit large for her body and small for your hands. (34D to her, 26B to humans)
Ponytails of pinkish hue dancing on her shoulders as she skipped by. Her beautiful emerald eyes matching her outfit as always.
