He is large, unkempt, unbathed, and smells like stale urine and feces.  What few teeth remain in his mouth are rotten and yellow and broken.  His face looks as if it was hit repeatedly with a shovel.  His only saving grace is his unbelievably massive horse-like penis which is, more often than not, hanging out of his trousers and dangling in the breeze.
