What twisted union created this spawn?  What forbidden joining gave birth to one such as this?

Azathoth is one of a pair of twin siblings, born out of terrible relationship of an incubus and a brachina - utterly forbidden, and impossible, perhaps, anywhere but Sinfar.  The twisted abomination that he has grown to be is, however, perfectly suited to the place, as it is a fertile hunting ground for him to leave his mark in corrupting and blighting the world.  A fiend of lust and malice, he exists for no other reason that to sate his desires, and to spread further mayhem - and to spar with his sister, his chief rival and sometime partner in atrocity.

Powerfully built, rough hewn and twisted, the fiend - for only a fiend it can be - is a symbol of savagery.  A long, furred mane of hair runs from his scalp and across his shoulders, thick and twisted.  His expression is hard to discern, the mouth more like a muzzle than anything else, lined with sharp teeth that are impossible to hide, the lips pulled back in a near perpetual snarl.  Hunched, his figure is still tall and imposing, bestial and yet somehow possessing a kind of grace, born upon digitigrade legs that end in pawed feet, that keep him easily upright and mobile, but there is always the hint he might drop to his clawed hands and break into a four legged lope like a kind of hound.  The eyes, however, glow with a kind of deep, frenzied light, as though this unspeakable monstrosity craves something perpetually, and can never have enough of it.

It is what lurks between his legs that makes it clear what this monster craves - flesh, and the pleasures it can bring.  Not one, but two massive, canine shafts.  Each one thick and knotted at the base, perptually oozing a rich smelling, powerfully addictive spunk drawn up from the massive sack holding four massive testicles beneath them.  These two, massive shafts, each one designed to be thrust forcefully into a tight orifice and to remain there, pumping corrupted seed until the monsters unspeakable lust is satisfied - which can can lead to the victim nearly drowning in the stuff, for the monster never runs out of seed.  For a mere mortal, the likelihood they would survive such an event is unlikely - and it is particularly compounded by the fact that this fiend also bears a tail that weaves behind it, oozing clear liquid from the slightly spaded tip.  

Should this tail be thrust into a willing or unwilling orifice, it will quickly pump the victim full of a magical venom which will both heighten their sexual hunger to intolerable levels, and in the case of mortals, weaken their grip upon their own soul - which the tail will, upon sufficient weakening, suck right out of the victim, storing the soul in the churning balls, and leaving the victim a corpse.

With other fiends, however, things are quite different - unable to steal their souls, instead, they are able to feed off that vital life force stored inside the fiends never-ending spunk tanks, sucking out souls with each of his orgasms to make themselves stronger, and to weaken the monster - while at the same time relieving the inevitable pressure build up.  Cursed to hunger for souls, and cursed with the need to expel them eventually, leaves the fiend in a mood that can often be as foul as it is diabolically lustful.

That being said, it is easy to trap him with his lusts - and his life force empowered seed is particularly potent, making a fiend or a nefarious spellcaster stronger each time that they feed upon it, and weakening him.  Imprisoned by his desires, it is possible to turn the tables on him - and suck him dry to the reverse rapists content, to make themselves that much stronger, or to become pregnant with his monstrous progeny.  The weak, however, he mercilessly dominates, ravages and rapes without care, but in truth, he does not care what happens - as long as his ghastly lust is satisfied.
