Alessa is best described as either a pleasant lady or a tiny, angry woman.  The red hair is not for show or style, it hints at her mercurial temperament.  The blue eyes are like ice if you make her mad or mess with her friends.  Her build is small, but compact, the arms are toned and well muscled, she is also very flexible and graceful.
