She has long red hair and two ebony horns protruding back from her temples. Striking blood red eyes, full red lips. Her skin is a dark golden brown.

She has a flawless complexion which is silken and always feels soft and warm to the touch, she smells of the finest oils. Her nails are always finely manicured and painted white.

Charlotte is the Govenor of Aglon and a noble of the city in her own rite. She has retired from running the Arena now to concentrate on running the City Itself.

She holds offices in the government building in the market district of Aglon, though you can often find her at home in her house (Lightsong) in the Manors south.  

Of late she has been seen in the company of a rather tall and striking man, with golden hair and wearing the finest of clothes, he can often he heard humming tunes or whispering songs under his breath as he walks along side her, they are rarely seen without each others company.

On the ring finger of her right hand she wears a band of finest pale gold, the huge gem set into the ring is a rare and precious 6 pointed opal, which glows blue, it is inscribed with a few words of sentement, which make Charlotte very happy.

On the ring finger of her left hand is a ring of pale Gold with a huge Blue Sparkling stone. Its has now been annouced  from the city offices  that The Lady Governor Black has been engaged  to the prominent Bard Stefan E Berg. The wedding date has yet to be set, but its roumered that the whole of the city shall celebrate with Tournaments and parties.
