Origin: An outsider plane, known as Abyss.

He has many characteristics of what a Balor would have. He has two large bull horns upon his head, two bat wings and dark red skin. Most consider him to be a "midget Balor", because he is no where near as tall and as powerful as a Balor, but looks like one. Also, he is unable to harness his magical abilities. You will never see fire spread across his body, like a balor.

Underneath his armor, you'll find a body built to perfection, due to thousands of years of fighting in Hades. Though you may never see it, because of his dislike of the cold. He will always be wearing his enchanted armor, created in the Abyss Forge. Unless you are one of the lucky few.

When he speaks, his voice will seem to echo in your mind, as if the souls he has stolen are trying to communicate. And if he touches you, you'll feel the demonic power he cannot release reverberate throughout that part of the body. Also, for the lucky ones, if you get the meaning.

Ushuriel used to be one of the more fearsome creatures in his realm (Even for a midget Balor), ripping and tearing through all things not demonic. There were times, though, that Lesser demons did fall to his blades. They simply stood in his way, and that was enough to end their existence.

He was one of the fighters in the Demon and Devil war (The Blood War), he fought with thousands of demons. He won every major battle, but he was still treated like a lesser demon, being a midget.

The greatest power of his plane, Demogorgon, was not pleased to find out that Ushuriel was indeed a midget Balor. Also, he found out that Ushuriel couldn't harness his magical abilities, which made the situation even worse.

Demogorgon banished Ushuriel out of the abyss, to the Material plane for all of eternity. He wanted Ushuriel to suffer, for being an embarrassment to the demon race and the Balor kind.  

Ushuriel has lived on the Material plane for 591 years now, and it has weakened him considerably. Mainly, because Ushuriel hasn't had to fight in an endless war for so many years. He also has grown to tolerate a number of races that he would once destroy on sight. With the execption of Devilish and Angelic beings, they will forever be a demon's enemy.
