Strange and alien, this massive scaled being stands nearly nine feet in height, imposing despite it's inhuman slenderness, almost anorexic in appearance, midnight and deep purple scales curling across it's hide, the creature's scales strangely slick. The beast often looks near-feral, sometimes crouched down and ready to pounce, but generally friendly, though incredibly eccentric. There's just... Something about her, something about how she stands, about her features, about her voice, that almost threatens to plunge you headfirst into madness.

The first thing you would notice as you peer up to her is the smooth flesh where her eyes should be, as if there were never eyes there to begin with. As you continue to look her over, you notice a thick mane of silvery tendrils, which continues down her neck and along her spine, to the tip of her tails, each tendril capable of retreating into a small subdermal pocket, with those along her tail being much shorter than the others. As your gaze continues, you may notice the wolfish ears jutting from her mane of tentacles, ocassionally canting to listen to nearby sounds, as well as the horns that jut from just above them, buttressed in a fashion akin to a black dragon's, but sweeping back in a near-straight fashion until the tips come parallel with the back of her head. While her face is heavily draconic in general appearance, you would notice certain oddities. Her snout is short and blunt, razor-like teeth visible in an overly large mouth, four tongues nestled within her maw, should someone get a look.

As your gaze fell lower, it may run over the barren wasteland that was her crotch. Obviously there was nothing to have fun with there. As the gaze continued, it may run down along her twin tails, the two long tails often flicking side to side behind her, the right of which had a lamprey-like mouth that seemed capable of stretching to ridiculous proportions. As your gaze continued, it would likely work it's way down her spindly thin legs to the raptor-like feet she bears, three toes, each ending in sharp claws, with a dewclaw adorned with a larger, sickle-like claw.

Gender: Rue does not have a classic gender, per se. Instead, she is capable of breeding in the following ways.
- Traditionally: She is capable of creating organs which behave as traditional genitals.
- Spores: Rue is capable of shooting a cloud of spores, which will dig in under the skin of those they touch, sprouting into horrendous tentacles over time unless a Cure Disease or similar spell is cast on the victim.
- Implant: Rue is capable of implanting eggs with her bite attacks, tentacle attacks, and claw attacks. These sprout into Ruelings, smaller creatures similar to herself. - Oviposite/Spermiposite: Rue is capable of using any of her tentacles to directly deposite eggs or sperm to any location she wants.
- Additional Gender Notes: Any bodily fluids she produces are capable of impregnating females or fertilizing eggs and plant-life.

Ruelings and Ruespawn: Ruelings are creatures created when Rue implants eggs onto a creature. Ruelings retain all Extraordinary abilities of both parents, and all Supernatural abilities granted by their mother's race. Ruespawn are creatures created when Rue breeds with a mortal, and retain all thir parent's extraordinary abilities, but has none of their mother's Supernatural abilities. Rue's Supernatural Abilities are not listed in this bio.

Venom: Rue is capable of injecting a powerful sedative with her bites, the venom contained in her saliva but only activated on contact with the blood stream. This venom behaves identically to the chemical Flunitrazepam (Also known as Roipnol), and requires a DC 40 Fortutide saving throw to resist

Implant: Mentioned above, Rue can implant eggs with any of her natural attacks. These eggs have a gestation period of 1d4 days, and will grow in pus-filled sacs on the host. When the gestation period is over, each sac bursts, harmlessly to the host, into 1d3 Ruelings.

Regeneration: Rue is capable of advanced regeneration, healing 5 Hit Points per round. The method for stopping Rue's regeneration must be found ICly.
